Terms of Service

1. What SubMan does

SubMan helps you track your AI tool subscriptions: what you pay, when you will be billed, and how often you use each tool. It can send you reminders and reports.

Important: SubMan is a tracking and reminder tool only.

• SubMan does not connect to your accounts with AI tool providers, and it does not cancel, pause, change or renew any subscription for you.
• You are responsible for cancelling or managing subscriptions directly with each provider.
• Reminders depend on the information you enter, such as billing dates and amounts. We do our best to deliver them on time, but emails can be delayed, filtered as spam or not delivered.
• We are not responsible for any charge, renewal fee or loss you incur because a reminder was late, missing or based on incorrect information, or because you did not cancel in time.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use SubMan.
• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at tony@submanapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person per account. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans and pricing

• SubMan is currently offered free of charge during the beta. Beta features and limits may change.
• We may introduce paid plans (such as "Pro") in the future. Before you are charged anything, we will show you the price and the payment terms, and you will need to agree to them. Moving to a paid plan will never happen automatically.
• If we add usage limits to the free plan, we will tell you in advance.

4. Tool catalog and pricing information

SubMan includes a catalog of AI tools with suggested plan names and prices. This information is provided for convenience only. It may be out of date or differ from what you actually pay. Always check your bill with the provider. Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse or partner with SubMan.

5. Your content

• "Your content" is the information you add to SubMan: subscriptions, notes, usage logs and feedback.
• You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve SubMan with no obligation to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use SubMan to infringe anyone's rights;
• try to gain access to other users' data, or to parts of the Service you are not allowed to use;
• disrupt, overload or attack the Service, including with bots, scrapers or automated traffic, except through features we provide;
• reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
• upload malware, or use the Service to send spam;
• enter other people's personal data or sensitive information that SubMan does not need. This includes full card numbers and passwords: never put these in notes or any other field.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our intellectual property

The SubMan name, logo, software, design and content (excluding your content and third-party trademarks) belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Third-party services

SubMan links to and relies on third-party services, such as the AI tools you track and our infrastructure providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep SubMan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may change, add or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what the Service does for you, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Ending your use of SubMan

• You can stop using SubMan and delete your account at any time from your account profile page, or by emailing tony@submanapp.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.
• If we decide to shut SubMan down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
• What happens to your data after your account is closed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. SubMan gives informational insights about your spending and usage. It is not financial, legal or tax advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, or for subscription charges from third-party providers;
• our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limits apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring the claim there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using SubMan after that date, you accept the new Terms.

16. General

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we waive it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a transfer of the Service.
